Match Summary
The South Africans would be very disappointed with their performance throughout this series, they haven't performed well in any of the departments. Such a sudden turnaround it has been, they were on top of everyone when they finished their tour to Australia and when they were expected to maul the Aussies at their own place, they haven't quite done it. Not even close.

Wonderful scenes here at the Kingsmead, the smile on Ponting's face says it all. The whole unit is enjoying every moment of it, congratulating each other and perhaps hinting at everyone that they are slowly coming back to reclaim their invincibilty status.

All the Australian fans wouldn't have stopped smiling yet, the South African fans would be wondering aboout what's going wrong. A rusty side which should have played a practice match ahead of the Test series maybe. But let the bygones be bygones. The South Africans would be looking forward to the next Test which happens to be the final one of the series too starting on the 19th of this month.
