Upcoming world T20 is going to be a real thriller. One team which is under-rated most of the times is the strong Sri Lankan side who stood as the Runner up of the last ODI world cup 2007.

With the likes of consistent players like Sangakara and Mahela Jaywardne in the middle order of batting, the big Gun Sanath Jaisurya at the top of the order along with TilakRatne Dilshan who is perhaps at the peak of his Career, Sri Lankan batting line up seems to be very promising.

So is the bowling attack of Sri-Lanka. Muralidharan, the legendary spinner and Lasith Malinga, with his unplayable yorkers are the cause of worry for any batsmen in the world. The all rounder Farveez Maharoof can be handy as well.

Although most of the Cricket Experts are betting on Australia, South Africa and India ,They must reconsider their thought as Sri Lankan side is emerging out to be a more potent ,who would not let this opportunity to slip off from its hands.

Yes man i completely agreeing with you cause Srilankan team has all the all round power that one team need. They have killer opening combination with dilshan and ST Jayasuriya and middle order batsman such as KC Sangakkara and DPMD Jayawardene, bowler like great BAW Mendis murli and Malinga who did pretty good in ipl.
For me Srilanka is one team to beat.....

Sri Lankan team is under dog as nor they are supposed to win nor they will eliminate in super eight. Pretty much chances to get the cup in the pockets.

Sri-Lankan team is generally not a T20 team in my opinion, other than a few players, there aren;t much players who are dynamic and explosive. We'll see anyways :)

Yes Sri lanka has some exciting players. But we had seen in the past,that they really failed to click . It's the biggest problem for them....

Well, Sri Lanka yet to play its match in this world cup.
No doubt it has some explosive batsmaen like jayasurya. They can take over any bowling attack.
What matters is day and the positive energy among the players. A lot depends on the mental fitness of the players of the team. They need to be positive in every situation. Captain also has an important role to boost the moral of its team players.
